THE PROBLEM
Willing Hearts is a soup kitchen which serves the underprivileged by providing daily meals, with operations relying significantly on volunteers and donations.

Feedback showed that potential donors found the Willing Hearts website challenging to navigate, especially when donating or learning about volunteer opportunities.




THE GOAL
Increase Donations

A redesign to simplify the donation process is needed. The current system is perceived as cumbersome, deterring potential donors. 

The new design should streamline this process, making it quicker and more user-friendly.
Boost Volunteer Signups

Enhancing the separate volunteer sign-up interface. Feedback suggests that interested individuals find the process unclear. 

A more intuitive and engaging sign-up experience is crucial.
Improve Engagement

Create a compelling storytelling section that showcases our impact.

Stories of how donations and volunteering make a difference can motivate more contributions and support.




Overall, the Willing Hearts site needs to be more navigable and responsive. A significant portion of their audience accesses their site via mobile devices, and a seamless experience across all platforms is essential.
